Units are worked out from verified minutes with your payer's rounding rule. A visit that would go over the authorized units is flagged when it is booked, not when the claim is denied.
Care plan on every visit
Bathing, meals, medication reminders: the caregiver ticks each task as done, refused or not needed, and adds a progress note the supervisor can review.
Overtime that follows the Home Care Rule
Weekly overtime after 40 hours with a blended rate when a caregiver has more than one pay rate, and travel between clients counted as hours worked.
